- Business consulting
- SEO optimization
- Marketing strategies
- Hosting & digital asset delivery
Upon full payment, clients are granted full rights and ownership of all deliverables related to their project.
- Recurring Payments: Some services such as hosting, consulting, and marketing are billed on a recurring basis.
- Terms: Net 30 payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to negotiation based on the nature of the service provided.
- Late Payments: Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
While users do not create accounts or log in to access our services, by communicating with us or using our contact forms, you agree to refrain from:
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Abusive or malicious conduct
- Unauthorized data collection or interference with our systems
We strive to maintain satisfactory uptime and service reliability. However, scheduled maintenance may be required and will be communicated in advance.
We may send emails related to project updates, invoices, service notices, and occasional marketing offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected].
We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
- Breach of Agreement: Including violation of agreed-upon terms or scope.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay within the agreed billing terms.
Termination notices will be communicated via email.
All project-related assets created by Synthetik (e.g., websites, graphics, documents) become the client’s property once full payment is received. Until payment is made, Synthetik retains ownership of all deliverables.
- Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of our services or unforeseen service interruptions, including website downtime due to factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party outages, server errors).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify clients via email prior to the new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
